Bridge Building Activity-Personal Reflection
About working in a team on the bridge building activity, I feel happy being able to work together to complete a task. However, I think that my interaction with the members in my team was not very good and could be improved a lot. I could have told my group members what my plan and idea was before actually doing it out. In the future, I would try harder to communicate better with my group members so that everybody knows what to do and time is spent wisely. I did not felt and discomfort, fear or apprehension when working with this team.
A good idea that's not shared would remain unspoken and unknown and it would be gone forever. Be daring to communicate yours ideas and learn to communicate effectively!
